Flow's Teen Open Training sessions are about providing the freedom for you to explore the gym, test your skills, and learn what else might be possible. We combine adult and teen Open Training sessions to help you absorb ideas/achievements and push yourself further.
Our Open Training sessions are not classes (there is no instruction) but are fully supervised.
In our Teen/Adult Open Training sessions you have unrestricted access to the Flow Gym. Whether you are training parkour, tumbling, tricking, breaking, or circus - all Open Training sessions are staffed with highly capable, energetic supervisors, who can help with advice, demonstrating skills and setting up equipment.
