Flow's adult Parkour and Freerunning classes make full use of our purpose built gyms to develop basic skills and refine advanced skills in a safe environment. Our instructors are highly accomplished and well known in the Parkour community.

Flow Gyms are purpose build for all Flow disciplines - including Parkour/Freerunning, Martial Arts Tricking, Gymnastics Tumbling, Breaking, and Dance. Are sprung floors are some of the largest in New Zealand and our Parkour areas feature multi-level structures and equipment. All our gyms include trampolines, a Ninja Warrior Wall, and a foam pit.
Martial arts tricking is a rogue movement that derived from Performance martial arts, Wushu, Tae Kwon Do and Martial arts stunt work (Cinematic martial arts). Our adult Tricking classes cater for all abilities with a focus on personal achievement and growth.

Flow adult Tumbling classes work differently to traditional gymnastics programs. You decide your favorite skills to learn and which combinations you want to try - and our instructors will help you make it happen. Flow also teaches many movements that are not commonly expressed in Gymnastics classes.
Flow's adult Breaking classes focus on personal achievement and growth for both beginners and aficionados. Toprocks, footwork, Windmills, Flares, and 90’s are just some examples of the moves you will perfect.
Our collective of amazing teachers offer classes in Traditional Hatha, Restorative, Beginner, and Intermediate classes. We also offer specialised classes in Kids Yoga and Functional Breathing.
