A good dose of Vitality and Agility
A full body tune up, including elements of yoga, martial arts, pilates, capoiera and callisthenics. Body flow is a light exercise that is designed to increase energy and range of motion, suitable for adults who have been out of activities for a while and/or looking to prepare themselves for one of our other disciplines.
